To Owen who responded saying this was my fault.  First of all you weren't there so shut up.  We were able to prove that the paperwork from lease finace group was FORGED with the same signature that was used on the application.  You could see the cut and paste job in the copy the lease company sent us when we found out about it.  After that forgery proof was provided, Lease Finance Group magically let us out of the lease and we reported your friend Mr Derthick to the Better Business Bureau for his deceptive practices.  Next time don't comment if you don't know what you are talking about.

As a real processor not a middle man or reseller as A & A is, I would suggest NEVER EVER sign a lease for a processing terminal- The cost for a VX 510 which is widely used terminal is $205.00- Brand New. (2 hundred and 5 dollars). The most expensive terminals are the new wireless models- around $800.00 again- Brand New.

I lost a customer to A & A for a few months then got him back. He told me the same thing basically that his sales guy told him the reason for the terminal being so cheap was that it was "5-6 year old techology" The VX series came out at the end of 2007 before that it was called the Omni 3700 series. He was told that the "New" terminal was much more advanced and he would throw in 100 free gift cards- which he never got. Pretty scummy to me Deb.

First of all -- you were not ripped off!!!

As to your false allegations of a lease you were not aware of -- you signed the lease yourself. In fact, one of your signatures is under a bold-faced, large type blue heading which says "Lease Acceptance". In addition, not only did you sign the lease and initial it in several locations, you also did a verbal verification over the phone with Lease Finance Group agreeing to the terms and conditions of your Non-Cancelable Lease. Therefore, to state that you knew nothing about this lease is a gross mis-statement of facts. If you knew nothing of this lease, your machine would have never been activated!!! Finally, if you feel so strongly that you did not sign this lease, I would be happy to pay for a handwriting expert of your choice to verify that the signature on this lease is, in fact, yours!!

As such, it is my opinion that buyer's remorse has set in -- but to ruin another company's reputation because of your "feelings" is completely uncalled for and slanderous to say the least!! If the truth is what you are seeking -- why don't you list your complete name and busines name so we may resolve any and all matters!!
