Robert Farrell Rip Off Web Developer - Been doing it for 20 years so he thinks he can treat people like crap New York City New York

A client of mine worked with Robert. Bottom line, The project never got done, and there was a law suit.

Now another person has stepped up with a similar issue with Robert Farrell.

"I would be at the point where I am at this moment, which is ready to issue a summons of my own to Robert Farrell for the same reasons you had the unfortunate displeasure of going through yourself. Luckily, you won and I have every intention of doing the same. If you would be so kind as to help me so that the next innocent Joe finds your experience and my experience before doing business with this a*s CLOWN (what the hell is that?!?).

Anyway, I'm here now and I've been taken for $680. A payment in which I received nothing in return of value, only excuses on top of lame excuses on top of more lame excuses. I contracted Robert in September of 07', told him I just completed an advanced AS3 course at SVA over the summer and there are gaps in my learning. I saw he claimed to have 17 years experience so I trusted him but only had enough cash at the time for 4 classes (I also wanted to see how good he was before committing double the amount for 8 classes as he wanted).

I'm reaching out to you in the hopes that we can speak so I can fill you on the details from this point on, and you can tell me a little more about your experience so I can prepare best to beat this unethical, unprofessional, scammer in a court of law.

I reached my breaking point tonight when I told him I had a client I needed his help with repeatedly, he said he'd get back to me when all he ever did was blow me off and ignore my emails filling the gaps with his typical lame excuses."

- SCAM - dont know actionscript???
WHO THE F*** DO YOU THIN YOU ARE?

- where do you get off - you think you are ALL THAT - you tell me you KNOW THIS AND THAT - but when I ask you BASIC
questions about actionscript in class you cant RESPOND - please DONT let your FALSE EGO get in your way

- you use words like RIPPED OFF and SCAM - why dont you use those WORDS for SVA or wherever you went to school before if that did such a great job teaching you - WHY did you contact me

- You actually said after our first class you learn more than your previous training ... or was that a LIE or perhaps your own delusion?

- I think you need to pull your MACHO - head out of your a*s and get your ISSUES straight Eitan

- I am absolutely the WRONG F****** PERSON you want to PISS OFF

- And if I can be upfront with you - I really dont like you attitude Eitan my objective was to TRAIN YOU - and not to help you with PAY PROJECTS

- yes I do -do consulting - but that is a different fee
if you have having a BAD TIME with your life - dont take it out on someone trying to help you We could have had MORE classes by this time 0 but you insisted on butting all these CONDITIONS

- I dont you understand my friend - I have been in the training business for 22 years and I am very well connected with the NEW YORK and west coast flash design and development companies - so I dont think it's in your best interest to PISS ME OFF dont s*** in your own back yard Eitan - and piss off the wrong people - the flash development world is a SMALL ONE

- I suggest you apologize to ME ASAP and I will chalk it off to you have JUST A BAD DAY

and if you EVER use the word SCAM again - I will SUE you for liable - an I MEAN IT I think my wallet and status in New York society is far beyond your means - so again _ DONT PISS ME OFF Mr Zachodin

- If you choose NOT to see the errors of your ways and apologize to me for your misguide and unfounded INSULTS ASAP - then we have nothing further to discuss
