Robert Guadagnino Traffic Safety Inc. Robert Guadagnino he owns 3,200$ wrote bad check chicago, Illinois

I am in need of more information about Robert Guadagnino.  I have recently become acquainted with him in Chicago, IL and have had the misfortune of experiencing some of this check fraud that you, and apparently others, have in the recent past.  Mr. Guadagnino insisted that it was a bank error, and did make good on the check; however, I am quite leery of his moral character (especially after reading this).  He claims to be the owner of Traffic Safety Inc., which is marketed as a paving company.  Accordingly, he claims that his company also paints parking lot and street lines.  He has recently implied that his company has several current government contracts.  I guess I would just like to know what the specifics were of your experiences with him (as much as you'd like to provide).  What were the circumstances?  Do you know exactly where this company is located (I can't seem to find it- and I have tried!)?  What exactly was he to provide a deposit for?  Please, please respond, as I need to make some decisions quickly!
