Since the office closed Robert Hernandez has asked me to contact me on his cell phone.  He stated that he will always take the call, no matter what time of day I call.  Since it appears this is now is business number, he can be reached at 718-578-8812.

Since he chose not to reimburse me, I had to file a claim on insurance.  He is still claiming he is going to pay me.  Everyday is a new lie, I truly think this guy is pathological.

My story is on 12/3/2010, I wired him $19,000 to purchase a car.  He told me he shipped it, and he spent the next 30 days fabricating new lies that the car was in transit.  He even had delivery drivers colluding on his lies.  Then once he gets caught, he decides to fabricate new lies and blame it on his partner.  Well, the truth was he was never even in possession of the car he sold me.  It was purportedly on consignment, but the vehicle owner states that he had rescinded the arrangement prior to my purchase, and Robert never told him that I wired him the money.

Then he claims he is going to wire me my money back and instead, without my approval or any discussion he starts wiring measley meaningless installments.  Now is had even stopped those.

This is a bad guy.  He will try and tell you everything is a misunderstanding.  The only thing he misunderstands is how to act honestly and ethically.

The issue was addressed in a timely matter. Client declined acceptance of the vehicle after mechanical issues, were found. We appologize for any wrong doing, we dont know, how those issues, with the gas leak, were not found in the lot. I quess the vehicle had to be driven, for the suprise to appear, we normally have our vehicles, transported, on a tow truck, in order not to have an increase, of miles. However thanks for working with us on the reimbursement, good luck always. It was a learning experience!!!!
