I have dared Robert Park and Robert Rotella and Rose Rotella and Art Wolfe to sue me over the claims in this report and they have not to this date done it...I swear to God everything I am saying is true....
Robert Park is a Peter Lik knockoff and is systematically knocking off every major commercially successful shot ever take my Peter Lik..do the research yourself....Google Robert Park and see if you can find any major awards...any auction records where his art sold for high prices...any museum placements...anything that would lend credibility to his claim as the worlds most collectible photographer..
Dont be an idio by the original buy the Peter Lik...do the research Google Peter Lik and then Robert Park and see who really is the collectible photographer...call a Peter Lik Gallery in Vegas and ask the consultants to compare the careers for you....
I consulted to Robert Park and provided the lease opportunity at 465 West Broadway and was supposed to get a long term deal to be the Gallery Director...I am not there because when I first met with Park in Vegas in March of 12 I found out he and his crooked partners Robert Rotella and Rose Rotella and Art Wolfe were being sued by Peter Lik for hiring Lik employees still under a non compete agreement.....Robert Park and Robert Rotella and Art Wolfe hatched a scheme to deceive the court and plaintiff parties in the case by having me do consulting work for them and get paid at a later date.....they were hammering me for Peter Lik Trade Secrets from day one....
I told Park and 3 other representatives at dinner in March...2012...before giving any advice..that I had 2 simple conditions that I demanded they honor.....before giving any advice...
1) I did not want to sign any non compete or confidentiality clauses ever for any reason...and that this was a deal breaker...if they had a policy on this let me know now and I would leave the deal because I was adamant...Park squrimed in his chair and said to me"We do not do that"
2) That they had to use my real estate agent Daria Campbell in NY....
3) That I would charge a reasonable fee and would expect a long term deal as the Director of the Gallery in NY
They eventually went behind my back and ordered a lease at 465 West Broadway before settling their business with me and put me in a compromised position....I later in April had a conference call with Park and his crooked partner Robert Rotella and the first thing I told Rotella was the exact same covenants as above and he agreed and had nothing to add that there was any confilict of their policies with mine.....Rotella was being sued by Peter Lik for hiring Lik employees and Rotella and Park deceived the Judge and Plaintiff parties in the case in a subversive way....prodding me for valuable Lik Trade Secrets...including Sales Revenues at all Lik GAllerieis..NY marketing strategies....Lik best selling images so Park could copy them...it was disgusting..but I was already in too deep
Art Wolfe...Rose Rotella ...Robert Rotella.......all visited the real estate deal without me present..and ordered the lease Before they signed off on my Salary and Compenstaion request that existed in a verbal contract since March......
After getting the lease in hand they invited me to Seattle and we met in Rotella Captial Management offices...and they sat me down and insulted me and my work credentials and refused to give me my end of the deal....I left a 7000 mile flight with nothing in hand...then the pushy little Rose Rotella forced me to go to Las Vegas leaving my dying dog and my 77 year old Mother with Alzheimers for 22 days..still without a guaranteed deal in NY....I went and renegotiated their lease with John Zilliken and General Growth Partners and saved them...4 million dollars on a ten year lease.....the moment that new lease was signed Park started insulting me over and over and over...and he forced a confidentiality agreement on me saying if I did not sign it I could not work there.....I asked him why he broke his workd with me and he laughed and said OH I GOT YOU!
These people are crooks.....their Art is amateur at best and is not worth the money being charged..
If they will lie to a Judge they sure as h**l will lie to you.....
Google Robert Park for yourself....dont make a terrible mistake and trust this pathological liar .......

We ignored this posting as we really felt that the sheer lunacy of the author would illuminate enough of the authors character to dismiss his rant however operation in high level collector circles demands some rebuttal to maintain artist integrity. One needs to look no further than the posted image which was not even an image of mine.
When you are successful at selling your collectable photographs regularly for prices ranging from $3,000 to $37,000 people seem to come out of the woodwork looking to defame you or make unwarranted financial gains from you.
The particular person who created this ROR post, Mr David Todd was indeed hired by Robert Rotella as a consultant to Natural Wonders Gallery and while at their corporate facility physically assaulted Mr Park. Mr Todd was removed from the premises and his work agreement terminated.
Mr Park pressed criminal charges against Mr Todd in which Mr Todd plead guilty and was ordered to undertake psychological counseling. The case # 13m1746x can be found here:

Mr Todd embarked on a rampage of harassment spanning hundreds of days and included, harassing phone calls, false accusations to business associates, numerous false postings on the internet, an attempt to involve our direct competitor Peter Lik USA which was rejected by Peter Lik USA and the unauthorized use of website URL's that were variants of www.robert-park.com in an attempt to reap financial gains and/or inflict revenge for his loss.
Being these infractions were Federal Offenses Mr Todd was sued in Federal Court for his actions (Park et al V. Todd) and as a result has formally recanted his wide litany of false accusations, many of which are embodied in this Ripoff Report post.
There was no lawsuit with Peter Lik as alleged and any such instance would be easily discoverable, however the lawsuit brought upon Mr Todd was no fabrication.

This is a joke Peter lik is no better. If anyone wants his trade secrets its easy. 1. treat your consultants like crap and scream at them in the galleries. 2. dont pay your vendors and when they cut you off have one waiting in the wings to replace them. 3. lay off warehouse workers than wait 30 days dont offer them their jobs back and hire new workers at a 30% salary reduction 4. say you dont photoshop and then photoshop and most importantly do this high and sometimes come into the warehouse with coke still on your nose. i have 3 lik pieces i keep them in my shed unwrapped sitting behind one of his crappy driftwood dressers that his warehouse staff makes. he is an a**hole
