They have recently changed their name to avoid all of the negative publicity they are getting on the internet. They used to be "Business Money Finders" but now they are "Paladin Global Holdings". These guys prey on the naturally optimistic nature of entrepreneurs. I know about five people who have been taken by them and I'm sure those five are the tip of the iceberg. They will tell you whatever you want to hear (i.e. we've found an investor for you, and we only need $3,500 from you) to get you to send them money. Once they have your money, they'll claim that the investor backed out or that you missed a meeting, or they'll find some other false excuse to keep your money...even if they promise in writing that the "deposit" is refundable. I'm putting together a lawsuit against them, so if you've been ripped off by them, please call me (949-295-4662).

Mr. Ritch never signed a confidentiallity aggreement with me. This is another lie of his. He simply has no ammunition to file a rebuttal, so he claims that he is legally unable to. Robert Ritch is a convicted felon for fraud. If you don't believe me, do a background check in the state of North Carolina for a Robert Joseph Ritch.

I did sell the business named business money finders, but is that not the ultimate goal in business.
As far as a lawsuit; Chad has nothing to sue me for! He lied in his business plan and got caught. My contract planly states that if their is fraudulent or misleading information in the business plan that you forfiet your right to a refund.
I would give exact details of what Chad did but I am still held by the Confidentiality Agreement I signed for him.
