I was contacted by robertrosemanro@gmail.com about my car for sale on classiccars.com. After multiple emails we agreed on a price. He tried to pull the "I'm sick so I will have someone meet you for pickup when you have my check in hand. After I explained my preference for paypal or a minimum waiting preiod for check clearing, he stopped responding other than to claim he "doesn't do paypal". It's obvious he was trying to scam me. When I did a search on the phone # he supplied to be a member of classiccars.com, it cme up as a BOIP number. Beware.

Robert Roseman tried the same scam with me..... it was a very similar scenario to the one stated in this complaint. Robert claimed he was ill and in the hospital with a mild stroke. He got nothing from me. I filed a separate Robert Roseman ripoff report on this website.
