Robert Ross was hired on 8/1/08 to develope the real estate business of Advantage Rent to Own for which he was paid $2500 per week.

During the first three weeks of employment he developed intelectual property for the compnay and received $7500 in compansation.

Mr. Ross failed to turn over the content, black mailed ownership for advanced payment and conspired with the web developer, Mike Williams of Advantage Technologies, to start a new business using the intelectual property of Advantage Rent to Own.

In addition to defeat the company by whom he has been hired, along with Mike Williams of Advantage Technologies, Mr. Ross contacted existing customers to cancel the services with the company.

Mr. Ross misrepresented himself by indicating his ability to complete real estate transactions which he apparently did during his employment with Zip Realty in Phoenix, AZ. However, instead he decided to start a new company betraying, at the highest lever, his employer to satisfay his own greed.

All of the above has resulted in the company having to cease operations for which he is being held accountable. Certainly, he has violated every code of ethics in the real estate book which should, upon careful evaluation, impact on his ability to hold a Real Estate License.

I am a responsible party involved in the basis of the incident which spurred this rip-off report against Robert (Bob) Ross.

Bob Ross was STRICTLY a victim in the unfortunate circumstances which led up to
the charges he is accused of. I am the Designated Broker of Prime Advantage Realty, LLC, which holds a License to do business with Advantage Rent-To-Own, LLC. Bob was hired by Advantage Rent-To-Own, LLC on August 1, 2008 for the purpose of taking the business to the next level, as I was told that only Bob Ross could do. As a Licensee, I agreed to pay a portion of the agreed upon amount of "salary" which amounted to several thousand dollars per month. Bob and I worked diligently together to develop an insurmountable amount of real estate content for Advantage Rent-To-Own's web site. This content was structured as a guide for anyone throughout the nation's industry to be able to utilize in order to complete a "rent-to-own" transaction with confidence, pursuant to their own state's laws, rules, and regulations.

Bob left an extremely responsible, very lucrative salaried position with Zip Realty in order to join Advantage Rent-To-Own, LLC. He was to be paid bi-monthly for a total of four months, at which time he would become a commissioned independent contractor working exclusively for Advantage Rent-To-Own, LLC, and its Licensees. When Bob was due his first paycheck, Advantage Rent-To-Own did not have the funds to pay him their agreed-upon amount, so I, as a Licensee and the Designated Broker for Prime Advantage Realty, LLC paid him in behalf of Advantage Rent-To-Own. When Bob was due his following two paychecks, I, as the Licensee and Designated Broker for Prime Advantage Realty, LLC paid him the amount agreed upon by between him and Advantage Rent-To-Own. Upon coming very close to completing the work he had been contracted to provide, Advantage Rent-To-Own did not have the funds available to pay Bob, and therefore terminated him. Since Bob has an extremely large family which he is the sole provider for, he was put in an extremely, unanticipated awful financial position. Yet, not one time did I hear Bob discredit, slander, or otherwise defame Advantage Rent-To-Own's ownership, management, or any other employee or Licensee of such for the predicament they clearly and directly were responsible for putting him in . . . the position of not being able to support his family.

Bob has not acted in any dishonest fashion. He has not committed any type of fraud at any level. He has not at any time to my knowledge acted irresponsible, unethical, unscrupulous, or had any type of a conspiracy to "steal the content and start a new business" in competition with Advantage Rent-To-Own, LLC. Although there were some very unfortunate circumstances which occured the last week Bob was "employed" by Advantage Rent-To-Own, Bob Ross did not set out with the intent to "defeat" the company (Advantage Rent-To-Own) who hired him to do a job, nor to my knowledge has he ever contacted any of ARTO's customers with the intention of persuading them to cancel their services with Advantage Rent-To-Own, LLC. He has been purely and simply an innocent by-stander who got caught in a very unfortunate situation, and he and his family are having to pay the price for it.

Bob, when asked, readily turned all content for the web site that he had worked on for three weeks over to me, as I was the one who paid for Bob's time. Therefore, he has not conspired to steal intellectual property from Advantage Rent-To-Own. I consider the content to belong to Prime Advantage Realty, since it was Prime Advantage Realty who paid for it.

There is in no way a reason for Bob Ross to have his reputation dragged through the mud in addition to being forced to forego a 1-year contract with Advantage Rent-To-Own, and the opportunity, he believed, to make a more comfortable lifestyle for himself and his family.
