Robert S. Mueller III - Mr Thomas H Smith Washington District of Columbia

I was contacted by a gentleman from the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. John Njuko saying that they were sending consignment of eight million dollars. Told him fine but that I could not pay any upfront fees. Said was coming by Diplomatic Immunity Seal of Transfer. Diplomat James Brown was bringing the money to me.

No problem with anything as it was couriered by diplomat and he had immunity.

When Brown reached USA I received a call saying that I had to come up with $5,800 to get the customs Yellow Tag and get it through. Told him I did not have any funds. Was threatened he would turn over to Homeland Security and the FBI.

Contact by Robert Mueller and said that I could get the consignment if I paid $4,800.00 for a copy of the DIST. He said I had better get it or I would be prosecuted. I tried to get the month but couldn't and told him that.

On advice from an attorney, this was a scam and not to worry about it. I emailed him and told him not to contact me any more as I knew that this was a scam. He got angry and emailed me for insulting the FBI. I told him that this transaction was still a scam.

Tonight I received a call from Mr Mueller telling me that since I could not come up with the money he was going to come after me. I assumed he meant to scare my with notions of arrested. Said I could spend 25 years in prison.

I don't know how serious his coming after is but I thought you all at the FBI need to contacted. I don't trust him and need advice and counsel.
