NOTICE OF SERVICE OF SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY MONMOUTH COUNTY LAW DIVISION In the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, Law Division, US Mortgage Capital, Inc., Robert Shamie and Dean Pirovolos v. Jane and John Does, 1-10 (using screen names and anonymous pseudonyms “James M.,” “Melissa Thomas,” “James M2013,” “Bob,” and “John Payne,” Docket No. MON-L-4063-13.  From The State of New Jersey To The Unknown Defendants Using The Screen Names “James M.,” “Melissa Thomas,” “James M2013,” and “John Payne,” On The Websites ripoffreport.com, pissedconsumer.comand yellowpages.com.  Take notice that plaintiffs, US Mortgage Capital, Inc., Robert Shamie and Dean Pirovolos, have filed a lawsuit against you in the above-entitled action.  The complaint alleges defendants published false and defamatory statements about them on the websites ripoffreport.com, pissedconsumer.com, scambook.com and yellowpages.com, seeking damages and to permanently enjoin defendants from publishing false and defamatory statements concerning the plaintiffs.  If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney must file a written answer or motion and proof of service with the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court in the County listed above within thirty-five (35) days after date of publication, exclusive of such date.  You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County Courthouse, 71 Monument Park, P.O. Box 1266, Freehold, New Jersey 07728, in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.  A filing fee payable to the Treasurer, State of New Jersey and a completed Case Information Statement (available from the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court) must accompany your answer or motion when it is filed.
