responded to a post on craigslist about a job to drive the wife around town for $400 per week and has a client in the US. Traded emails and said his client would be sending bank draft and I was to deduct my pay from the that and forward the rest to his wife in Albany for travel allowance.
His partner, Bradley Stimson, sent $2921 by UPS overnight in the form of 4 invalid money orders of $730.25. However, I contacted Mrs. Stamm and she was completely unaware of a trip to Cincinnati. I contacted a Mr. Bradley Stimson and one number was an answering machine and another spoke only Spanish.
I tried calling the number in Robert Stamm's email twice and I only received a message his voicebox was full.

Since I live in the near area and about half of the town of 635 people work for Ashley, I have sent them a private email via their website about this scam that you have alerted everyone to. I mentioned that I have asked you to contact them and also contact me in the event that you do not read this before then.

I live 30 miles north of the Corporate offices of Ashley Furniture in Arcadia, WI. I suggest that you also contact them and let them know that there is a scam going on that maybe involving them (envelopes) so they are in the loop. It maybe nothing but it also maybe something.
Please do a google search or visit the BBB website for the phone number to Ashley Furniture Corporate offices in Arcadia, WI please.

I am Bradley Stimson from Monte Sereno, CA. I was not involved with this scam but it appears my name was used as a front. I did receive several returned Fedex envelopes with cashiers checks, so I knew something was going on. The return address showed my name and address and a company name of "Ashley Furniture". I am not affiliated with Ashley furniture. I am a Silicon Valley Engineer. I brought this material to the local police - they took it but I do not believe they were going to do any thing with it. Just wanted to let you know that I am also a victim here.
