Who is this certain Maat? or Michael? If all of these accussations are true, come out and show us yourself! Me and my son who is also in the same industry, have been members in Mr. Robert Woodruffs' organization. Bobby and the group have a clean intention of helping others learn what we need to learn. I get to learn new things, got to know open-minded people, and the group never failed to help me and support me everytime. I never regret having known this family.

I would defintely say these are all FALSE and a pure defamation. If you are true enough, then I challenge you to show us yourself. Stop using aliasis!

Here goes Bobby Woodruff making crap up again claiming I am someone named Jim Shead. First off, I do not know who Jim Shead is, and second, if he ripped you off.... then "what goes around comes around." Getting back to the content of the information i first wrote about. Bob Woodruff and his wife Stephanie Woodruff (former chiropractor from what I can see and no longer has a license to practice) have been scamming people for years. They are likeable and funny people which is how they get you to "trust" them and then lie and steal from you. After watching some of their "reality" videos on Vimeo, I noticed that they make mention of some assisted living facilities and after much due diligence I found some really interesting information about Stephanie Woodruff. It turns out she has an LLC, called Florida Assisted Living, LLC that operates a "retirement home" out of Jacksonville, Florida. If you read the inspection reports on that place you will find that she has been fined and cited numerous times. After reading through them, I do not know how in the world it is still open and shame on her for treating people that way. It even has one report showing that there was no heat in the house and the temperature fell to 54 degrees! Could you imagine your loved ones living in a house in those kind of conditions??? I'm not a lawyer so I cannot understand half the details. So getting back to the Woodruff family. Seeing all this information about her apparent lack of ability to run an assisted living facility (or retirement home or whatever), why does she claim to be an expert in this industry? According to one document she actually told (lied) a state inspector that she "owns assisted living facilities all over the US". For anyone who actually knows her, runs into her or sees her at one of her events.... why not ask her exactly how many of these facilities she "actually owns"? I'd be interested to see how many she "actually" owns. On top of that, if you were to show her these reports and ask her about them, what would she say? I bet you she would try to lie through her teeth. Its one thing to run a non-healthcare related business like crap as she does very well, but its completely unacceptable, immoral, and down right despicable to run a retirement home like she does and I hope she is never able to run one again. Remember, this information is FACT not opinion. Secondly, with all of the lawsuits and court cases against these two involving real estate, why would you trust your money with them??? They are obviously not experts NOR millionaires and will only lie to your face while stealing your money!! For all of you who know this couple.... why not ask them about all of these lawsuits, charges, foreclosures, citations, fines, etc? I bet you they have never disclosed this information and will do their best to lie their way out of them or change the subject to get the focus off of them.

I am sure BOB will come on here again claiming I am someone else.... but what does it matter "WHO I AM"???? I love how Bob went off on how "Jim Shead" wrote negative attacks on his family, wife, blah blah blah... BUT never failed to mention any of the information concerning all of his LEGAL TROUBLE!!! So Bob when you write back about this rebuttal... why not go ahead and explain all of your legal troubles and your wife's inability to run a retirement home? When you eventually get forced out of the real estate industry, you should seriously look into a career in politics. You would be great at it!

In closing, I AM NOT asking for money, looking for fame or business,... I am simply providing anyone who reads this links to information about the TRUE Bob (Bobby, Robert, Rob....) and Stephanie Woodruff. I hope anyone who reads this takes the time to click on the links and do a little research FIRST! If you still choose to give them your money.... well you can't "fix stupid" and no sympathy for you! This Michael person is actually a fake profile created by Jim Shead. Jim Shead is not a student of ours. He is a played-out national speaker who recently scammed the Charleston REIA with a fake "feeding starving children" event. He lied and manipulated the organization for over a year before exacting his "feeding starving children" event scam. He used an old list of ours to create a real estate investing group in Charleston and named it nearly the same exact name of our group and even held his first few meetings in our exact same hotel room. That was last year and by now he has burnt all of his bridges in the Charleston area and the Charleston REIA is performing better than ever. Jim takes personal threat to this and therefore as a 55 year old man-baby, he spends his time creating fake profiles online and slandering good people and organizations. He see's it as a potential way to steer more people to his fake predatory organization. Hence why he mentioned in his fake profile gibberrish that houses are the only way to make money safely and clearly has no idea what it means to own multiple businesses. Take time to read back through the fake post and check all the ugliness for what it is; the REAL Jim Shead. Finally, the facad has fallen and we get to see him for who he truly is.

Despite all of his negative antisocial personality remarks; ie, personal attacks, attacks on my lovely family, wife, training, videos, etc. We have heard that any press is good press and it appears that he put a lot of work into his fake scam post so we thank him for all the hard work. We forgive Jim for his trespasses, lies, manipulations, and all the things that he has done and continues to do to hurt and make less of our great organization, our community, my loving family and all of our intentions & endeavors. No good deed goes unpunished by the wicked. After our recent weekend training on the manifestations of the antisocial personality and how to remove these troublesome indivduals, we understand that individuals with this type of personality cannot change for the better.

Our hearts go out to persoanlity types who are incapable of change for the better. The deep seeded hurt these people experience everyday to make them act and say what they do must be paralyzing. I can only imagine their torment. I feel bad for the couple that lost almost $10k but I hope this is a lesson for anyone else who thinks about dealing with the Woodruff family. This couple prays on innocent people with their fancy talk of making millions on disgusting mobile homes. I love their pictures online of them standing next to a jet. Is that your jet Bob or did you sneak onto a private airfield with your Miami Vice sport coat? Oh and take a look at one of "Bob's" videos titled "Woody Deals" on how he's gonna make money on some single wide trailer. Just watching the video makes me laugh as this guy clearly has no clue about what it takes to remodel a home much less a mobile home. I love the part when he describes how to fix old dented trailer underpinning and how "we can just bend it back out and put a screw in it." That easy huh? Bob are you going to go all around the whole aluminum sided trailer and "bend it back" and put some screws in it? I bet it look like a million bucks when you are done with it. Oh and remember drywall is only $10-12 a sheet. Got a hole in the wall. $10-12 later and its good as new. I guess he forgot to add in the drywall tape, joint compound, sand paper, primer, paint and oh I forgot, LABOR! Enough of his trailer mess. Back to the Woodruff couple. If you are seriously interested in what kind of people they are I would suggest you go to all of the county websites in the state of SC and type in their names. Keep in mind Bob likes to refer to himself as "Robert", "Bob", "Bobby" etc. Not only will you find he and his wife have MULTIPLE legal actions against them, the number of LLCs they have created is ridiculous. I think these guys were part of the the original Ginsu knife company. They file bankruptcy and then sell the same crap with a different name. Don't stop your searches at just Charleston county, check the counties all around SC. Apparently now they are Nursing Home experts are something. According to one website, www.assistedlivinginvesting.com  Mrs. Woodruff makes MILLIONS with her nursing homes. I'm not sure how many she owns, if she owns any at all, but I'm sure that's a scam too. Stay away from these people and their crooked real estate schemes. If you want to own property the safe way, save your money and buy properties to flip or rent. I will not fall for these peoples get rich schemes again and I hope no one else does either.
