Jason Saari wrote this report under the direction of Trevor Ramage , Robert Hensel and Hashmeen Baig. Baig is the banker Ramage is the realtor and Hensel was my partner and mortgage broker. During the real estate boom in Calgary from 2011 to 2013 end myself and my partner aquired three parcels of land and built three luxury residence at the time worth around 7 million. Hensel had studied myself for years after I was defrauded close too two million from my high rise building company Condura Forming Ltd.  One of the parties who stole from Condura was Roland Haebler a general contractor who was given a huge company as a gift from his father. He Hensel andHensels older brother sat on the board to together at Vancouver college. This was never disclosed to Farinha even though Hensel was privy to Farinha and Condura Pleadings only after a police investigation by the chief of Police in Vancouver was launch as a mandate when Farinha caught wind of back door dealings. Lawyer Jeff Scouten was fired for what was believed to be a sell of the client hiding pleadings etc. When Scouten was cornered by Farinha Scouten said he couldnt tell Farinha because he did not know if he was wearing a wire or not knowing Farinha routiely records to protect his interests. Hensel pressure Farinha to drop his case with Haebler stating it would damage their positive business. After strong opposition and not knowing of their secret relation Farinha drop it. Only shortly after did Hensel pull the same stunt almost like it was years in the making. After all it was Farinha who first used and showed the benefits of Ripoff Report as an exposure paper. It was Farinha who used it too expose all of the nefarious parties. Farinha best explainationation was they spotted his kindness after much plantrophy and decided he was a profitable target. Farinha approached Saari who worked under Farinha. Saari I would decribe as the worst employee you could get. Jealous to a fault ungrateful trecherous a loneer who has no scrupples when it comes to money or advancement.

So when Hensels group the realtor banker mortgage broker and parnter of Farinha. Knowing little or nothing about building Hensel with Saari made a plot to try too push Farinha out of the business at all costs. For his efforts he was paid by Hensel an additonal $50,000 approximately. Hensel hiding in the back ground insighted conflict and encourage the swearing of false testimony to get Farinha out of the business and behind bars for crimes and allegations that he didnt do or were made up. The plot was exposed too Farinha by Saari in his arrogance of their crimes. Farinha immediately secretly met with police and recorded it asking for them too step in. They would do nothing Farinha couldnt figure out why. Later the realtor Treavor Ramage stopped by one of the houses for sale beside Farinhas residence. Farinha ushered in Ramage and asked him why he would represent organized crime. Ramage shugged it off. Ramage later came back with an envelope of money. He said it wasnt right what they were doing but Farinha better just accept it. Ramages nephew Mathew Degrood who killed the five students. Farinha had stumbled on this information. Ramage threatened Farinha he could wind up dead if he said anything. Then he said the police are looking into you. Farinha thought they must finally be looking into the statements of how Hensel had slipped and exposed the why he got his original capital in muredering a drug dealer he teamed up with. Farinha believed Hensel had done this more then once and was planning it as a back up for his other efforts too stop Farinhas ability to claim his profits from the three homes.

After meeting with Ramage Farinha went on his computer and saw Michelle Doyle office of the chief looking at his Linkenden. It was not technique to exposed so later Farinha believes Michellle was acting for friends. At that time De Grood father who works under the chief of police and the chief who was going for election and couldnt afford negative publicity. Worked directly with Doyle after Farinha drew question mysteriosly doyle moved out of that department and the election hopes of the chief failed. With later written direction from Doyle to deteivte Martel to deal with Farinha. Time and time again they arested Farinha and time and time again the judges were annoyed at the abuse of power by the special interest group. Its farinha belief Hensel used the information of the Degroods to pressure the Ramages to use their police connection to set up Farinha. Farinha alleges at different point he was followed bygang members and saw a gun. Farinha said he believed Hensel had used his kast resort to take a contract outon Farinha life. At the time it was all taking place Farinha was terrified by the stretch. From organized crime to being assited by police unknowly and under the sole direction of Hensel. In hensels desperation he was recorded several times explaining fraud and how he did it on mortgage clients.  Hensel having zero skill set as a builder developer and driven by greed watching Farinha make it look so easy Hensel lost around 2million plus of their earnings. Hensel forged document after document later admitting too ficom. Biag the shady banker wanted in also she had Farinha renovate four of her residences to which the trucker was oartial payment because she was spending what she didnt have so anixious to capitialize on stealing from Mr, Farinha throught the group. Saari forged documents and testimonyhe to assist Hensel. He stated Farinha skills and accomplishments were not as such to and in a partial truth explained how Farinha used ripoff report to expose corruption. Saari and Hensel after being exposed by ripoff report through farinha used Farinhas tool for good too manipulate the Farinha crediability to which they all said and baig on linkenedin the Farinha has the highest knowlegde most integrity and is a first class builder developer.

To date on 13  charges to are left in the pipeline for dismissal Hensel has had to pay 6000000 into court from the lands and the othe 2/4 million dollar property will be paid in to court at the time of sale, Heensel was able to slide past one million for a jeweler Mike Gautreau Hensels partner defrauding weak and elderly mortgage clients in Vancouver. Farinha feels its comical the daylight crimes and how little was done to hide them feeling as a group they could win. Farinha feels completely diffent and having recordings and paper work with their statements and signature they will be forced to explain. Farinha says this is common now steal large amount then discredit and bury who stole it from. Where Farinha says this one is very different was how Hensel capitalized on the DeGrood murders and concern of political blacklash to commit prujury malicious porsecution on and on on a innocent party who prior came to them for help and was told because of level in the department involved they would si,ply take away Farinha rights and stop any legitimate efforts to solve the puzzle. CTV finally stepped in when they realized the information given by Detective Martel was false and didnt corroberate and the they were mislead so efforts to malicious prosecute Farinha for crime he didnt commit was goingto require more help. Farinha had simply been way too good at exposing the fraud or set up. This took place almost every couple days and every day the police responded we cant help you Mr Farinha, Even factions of the police were disgusted and refused to parktake in what they believe to be a corruption of what they stand for
