 I was a driver for Robinson Trucking out of Hickory, NC. They continuously owed me $4000- $7000 over the 8 months I was driving for them. The company forced me to run over my DOT hours of service which resulted in me having 2 DOT logbook violations. I reached a breaking point to where I quit driving for them. I had a company that promised to pay on time and jumped on it. Robinson Trucking, owner Rex Robinson Jr currently owes me $3088.28. Rex said he will close the company and die before he pays me. I will do everything under the sun to be satisfied on the debt owed to me.
