DISHONEST. That's the one word that comes to mind. My sister hosted her 40th birthday this month and after the group of 30 people were wine tasting all day, they landed at the winery for dinner. Not everyone drank and they lied and billed my sister and her husband for 67 bottles of wine. How can 30 people drink 67 bottles of wine? They called the next day. NO RETURN CALLS from the Chef Bryan. They disputed the charges with American Express.
Also worth mentioning that for her 40th birthday the winery was running late with the timing of the dinner and they had to leave by 10:00 p.m. and there was no dessert served. No happy birthday was sung. Can you imagine?
The fish was horrible. If you don't take my advise and you do your event there, do not order fish. Over cooked. Loaded with sauce.
I could go on Chef Bryan et all had the opportunity to do the right thing and they did not. They did not even return phone calls. They had their money and that's all they cared about it.
They didn't care that my sister at her 40th birthday wasn't even served dessert or her friends and family did not get to sing to her.
And lets not forget padding the bill with 67 bottles of wine for 30 guests

In my report yesterday I had 1 piece of information incorrect.
The winery billed 62 bottles of wine. There were 29 guests at the dinner, of which 2 people did not drink so the winery charged 27 guests for 62 bottles of wine and then decided not to return calls or make the situation right when they had the chance to!
I guess how would they admit they stole? Nevertheless they should have issued a credit and apologized.
But nothing!
SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AND CHEF BRYAN WHO RAN THE SHOW!
