Rob's Heating & Cooling Rob Hoepfer Required 50% down and 6 months later still waiting for heating system Blanchard Idaho

In November 2016 I received estimates for propane fireplace insert and a ductless heating system from Rob Heopfer at Rob's Heating & Cooling. Terms were 50% down and 50% due upon completion. The fireplace insert $5,005 was installed late December. I am still waiting or the heating system $12,400. Whenever I call I hear how busy he is and he will probably get to it next week or voicemail if full or no answer. After the snow and ice melted I expected to get the heating system installed. I am emailing him a cancellation and request for refund of $3995.

Fireplace cost $5,005

Shortly after installation of fireplace insert the remote malfuctioned and I was promised a replacement and am still waiting for that.

Heat system  $12,240

I paid $6,000 on 11/3/2016

and $3,000 on 11/17/16

I paid $9,000 and got fireplace for $5005, so I figure he owes me the difference of $3,995 plus possible interest charges for the 6 months he has had my money.
