 on march 20 2014 i requested a quote to transport a car from florida to illinois from rock bottom rate transport ,and paid him with check over phone on march 20 2014 of $94.99 for broker fees order #2741 , days went by nobody showed up to pick up car i called and sent emails.  I kept getting excuses why the truck hasnt picked up the car and excuses kept coming so i cancelled my order on april 4 2014 and was told it would be 21 days before refund would be sent out. since then i have been fighting with michael to get my refund and filed every complain report i could think of like the fmcsa , B.B.B., states attorney of florida, ic3 Internet Crime Complaint Center.  He has changed his address multiple times so i cant find his current address to use in my complaints the reports above i filed keep getting sent back to them because he doesnt live there anymore.  If you go to transportreviews.com you will see there are quite a few other people with same issues with michael and if you start searching you will find even more of the same complaints , i have all emails from day one between me and michael and can get transaction report from my bank . michael also goes by michael christman malinosky on facebook not michael p malinosky like his buisness says. I can send all emails to you if needed
