Amy Fernandez of Rock Financial recently helped me with a mortgage problem so I thought. What she did is burry me so far I may loose my house. She took from from a mortgage payment of 1300 on a straight 30 year mortgage and put in the variable four payment option mortgage. What she did not tell me was when it came to closing there was three hundred dollars of PMI insurance it took her 8 appraisals to get my house to appraise and they offer no charge on appraisals - no no she charge me for all of them. She put me into a mortgage that if I pay the full payment I would be paying over 2,000. Just so she could get her $ in commissions. I can't believe she did this to myself and my children when all she had to do when I called is say call our servicing deparment and work out a payment plan on the one payment you are having trouble with. She is a crook and will do anything to see that she gets her commission and you won't see anything till closing and they open the packet at closing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN! SHE IS OUT FOR NUMBER ONE ONLY!
