Rock N Dogs Resort DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Orem, Utah

I opened/closed the store and often worked several hours by myself expected to answer phone calls, make reservations, stock product, clean, watch the dogs (at all times...never happens), and other tasks given by owner to distract me from my real job of supervising the dogs!

It is suppose to be a "Kennel Free" environment...all dogs are kenneled for at least 3 -4 hours a day, if any aggressive behavior were kenneled and if noise muzzled, if male dogs marked areas it was seen often that the owner would forcefully shove the dogs face in the pee on the floor (while yelling) until the dog yelps and then is thrown into a kennel. 

Known aggressive dogs have been let into the facility and other dogs have been bitten (without the owner calling the owner of the dog until after get back from the vets and only to lie about how the dog was seriously injured trying to play down the injury) and as an employee been bitten and have seen my co-worker been bit. 

There is suppose to be a worker on over night and that NEVER...yes NEVER happens! Not even when we were at full capacities during the holidays! You dog is being kenneled from about 7pm to 7am. 

The owner will place random charges and fees directly to your credit card (your information is saved on the computer so he can access it at anytime to add more charges to your card). This does happen often as customers have come in several times asking for it to be fixed!

As an employee you should also never work here! Only females are hired and if you are 18+ and cute he will try to get you to his home and will ask you out on dates (have seen many new girl employees leave after stating that he has tried to get them on a date or to his house! You are treated like crap as an employee, you will never get your paycheck on time, you are expected to be on call at ALL TIMES and are expected to work 50+ hours with out overtime! Also, forget your last paycheck and you will be lucky if your receive your W2 as I never got mine after asking many times...my co-work went to get taxes done and the guy stated that he has seen many people come in who have worked there and none of them had there W2's. 

This company is a scam and a very unhealthy environment for dogs and humans! STAY AWAY!!!! PLEASE!
