Rockenbach Chevrolet does the bate and switch to their customers Rip off!

I went to rockenback Chevrolet this past Jan. I had seen a couple of SUburbans on their site and called them to get more info about them.

The prices that the suburbans were listed at seemed too good to be true but when I called Rockenback Chevrolet they said that all the suburbans I was asking about were there.

So I got 3 people together and we drove from St. Louis, MO to their dealership in Grayslake, Ill. near Chicago.

xpecting to drive away in the vehicle we had driven up there and the 3 we were gonna buy. When we got up there we were told that they would walk us around and point out the suburbans. Well, as we were waking around there lot in a snow storm they told us that we couldn't find them and invited us inside.

We all sat down and finally the sales man told us that none of these suburbans were there. They were sold. WE got to talk to a manager and he said that he knew where one of the three were. Well, he ended up

What they did to us was bate and switch. Which is common I have heard for them to do to their customers?

The next morning I got on the computer and the 3 suburbans were still there and for sale. So I called them up and asked about them.

Not letting them know I was there the day before. I was told they were all there and they would hold them.
Finally I said that I was there the previous day and they hung up on me. That is terrible business!!!
