 I joined the free trial & got layer off so I canceled with in the trial deadline.  My account has been charged every month since August, 2012 $39.99 via auto pay that was required to join the trial.  I cannot log in to the site to cancel though & there is no other way to turn off the auto pay.  i've payed $200 for nothing & I'd like to be officially cancelled & have my money refunded.

Feel free to contact our customer service team between 6am-6pm PT M-F at (877) 881-0947 for assistance. They can also end your membership while on the phone if that's more convienent, or you can simply email us at support@rocketlawyer.com. Just be sure to email from the email address on file.
