Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I ordered an Oshkosh Premier Humidifier from RockinPlanet.com and was promised UPS ground shipping 2-7 business days. I never received the product and no tracking number was ever issued.
All my attempts to contact this company met with failure. The toll free phone number is bad and I simply get no response whatsoever from their "support" email.
I will have to try and contact my credit card company and get a refund because after reading another similar complaint about this company, I have no hope of RockinPlanet.com being a legitimate business.

RockinPlanet.com Finally Ships the Goods

Shortly after I posted my disapproving comments here I received an email stating that a shipment was mailed to me. To my surprise, I did receive it in the mail last week in very plain packaging.
By that I mean there was just bubble wrap and then the Osh Kosh Humidifier without the box or any instructions. The product was not as sofisticated as I imagined, as it consisted basically of a plastic box with broken pieces of foam or sponge inside. It just appeared very odd that RockinPlanet.com would not include some type of invoice, letter, or statement as to why they took so long or didn't bother to respond to my emails or phone calls.
I still believe this is a very mysterious on-line vendor. No good faith on-line company would even think of charging your credit card unless they were ready to ship your order. In my case, I was charged immediately, made to wait without any response from the company, and finally receiving the product at a surprise date. Not fun.

Email me, maybe I can help you out. They have continued to list our product for sale, but they no longer are authorized to do so. Many people have ordered the product and they have never received it. We are aware of this, and are trying to take action against them.
