Rocklin Cleaners, Dry Cleaner Stanford Ranch Ironed Dirty Clothes and claimed they Dry Cleaned them! 60.00 for 5 items! HORRIBLE! Rocklin California

I have never ever dealt with a more unprofessional Dry Cleaner in my life! I went in and asked for overnight service and that was at 9am for pick up at about 4pm next day. Ample time for them to clean items ( 2 skirts and 2 dresses, one pant) I explained that these items are very expensive and to be careful, that Pucci skirt is 750.00, ( I know its stupid but really cute!)
When I came with my friend to retrieve items we noticed that no spot cleaning had been done and hardly even any ironing! You could see the bends in the material from where you sit. These items were only sprayed with Fabreze and then steamed lightly. I told her politely that this was not good, and she argued that items were very hard to iron because drycleaning! Duh, thats why I brought it there!

Dry Cleaners do a better job at ironing that is why we pay them the big bucks! Well she made me pay anyway and didnt offer to fix it or anything. Then she found another item from a month before and tried to charge me for that too! I told her to give it to me since it was dirty also, she then grabbed it and hid it in back! So I am going to contact the BBB the chamber of commerce and tell as many people as I can. I went in Nail salon and told all the customers what she did and I have made it a point to make sure anyone that comes in contact with me finds out. I have lived here 15 years and can do alot of damage.

I am also going to complain about shoddy service to my credit card company and get my money back.

Crooks! Crooks Crooks..... I will use the discount cleaners from now on, they do a better job. I just thought since this was special outfits that I would do it there. NEVER AGIAN!!!!
