Rocky Mtn Truck Center,inc. Rocky Mtn truck centers staring Lynette Bolt and co staring Patrick mc carthy Eden Idaho

I was at the Eden truckstop when I noticed my trailer lights didn't work so I went over to Rocky Mtn truck center that was a big mistak.They were so happy that move stuff out the way and put right in a bay. The lady Lynette Bolt very nice tell all the stuff you need to hear. So PatRick McCarthy and side kick put on a new pigtail I was think ok small job not bad at all right. Wrong. I go in to cash out Lynette goes we are not cheap, she our labor rates is $ 115.00 an not matter what. Ok the part in the real world is $ 70.00 but in rocky world. $ 171.65.. So I tell Lynette I don't want it. Well you have to talk to the owner in the mornings so I did what a *******.

I told Him about the overprice  he said to late no refund I asked him about shop supplies he said its on every invoice $ 28.67 I told him they didn't use any shop supplies. Also I asked about the convenience charge of $4.30 and the Environmental charge of $5.73 and the said they charge him who??????.  I don't recommend this place to anyone . Here the sad part about this place. The truck stop is the best and while I was sitting there waiting for the morning I saw three services truck come on the lot to work on trucks. This place has a bad name with the locals. My $ 70.00 pigtai cost me 337.37 we don't need place like this in the trucking industry hopes he out of business soon.
