Rod Moehlmann wan an employee of Re-Bath of Spokane from August 2008 - June 2009. During his employ he was one of our top salespeople. He extended the extra effort needed in his work, including working 7 days a week and travel when asked or needed.

I would recommend Rod for any sales position you may have as he is a very competent and honest salesperson.

This article as well as others posted on Craigslist was the direct retaliation of my pressure on them to assist in recovering about $11,000 in commissions they tried to steal fom me, witnessing in court for another former sales rep, aiding another former employee with Washington L and I. I have recovered about $11,000. The other former sale rep as recovered his money, and the other employee accepted a settlement through L and I.

Not only did he post these lies on this forum, but he posted them on other forums to make it look as if someone else did. To that individual, I apologize.

I have evidence and documentation that my statements are true and factual, as well as any other statements on other posts. With recent documentation I have uncovered, this case may very well see its way to court.

Anyone out there that reads this please consider my very carefully if you are considering employment or bathroom remodeling with this concern.

It is easy to blame others for your failed business. Tim Davis of Bakersfield owned the failed Davis Home Improvements in Bakersfield, he now owns Super Sweep, a parking lot sweeping operation. Alan Hansen owns Luxury Bath of Spokane, Reno and Boise. He ws the owner of the failed Re-Bath franchises in Cedar City Utah, Spokane Washington and Reno Nevada.

Show the proof of what you say. I have the proof that alan hansen tried to rip me nad others off, for commisions he owed. You have no proof that I have moved to avoid any prosecution.

This morning I awoke to find again nunerous anonoumous post on craigslist. They are even worse than the report above. Because of certain information revealed in the post this past week, It is very clear they are connected Tim Davis of Super Sweep in Bakersfield, California and Alan Hansen of Luxury Bath of Boise, Luxury Batth of Reno, and Luxury Bath of Spokane. These people should get a life.
