I had a personal experience with Oliver Darwich on the sale of my home in Sherman Oaks. He neglected to place my interim housing agreement in escrow and thus I did NOT get paid the 47 days of rent plus utilities that is due to me. The rest of the transaction was equally as sloppy and we barely got through escrow. Do not use this real estate agent as my personal experience is that he put me at great risk. And he became so unstable during the transaction that he had a auto accident. And get this.. the buyer was his client, dual agency. What a mess. You can find him here: http://darwichrealtygroup.com/default.aspx Don't do it. It is not worth it.

To be clear: Oliver neglected to place my interim housing agreement in escrow by leaving the "payment" section of the document blank and thus there was no rquirement to pay the rent in escrow. Thus, I did NOT get paid the 41 days (NOT 47) of rent plus utilities that are due to me.
