Rodney Tague Subcontracted AC job out and failed to honor 1 year labor warranty pocketing money instead West Palm Beach Florida

Rodney represented himself as a General contractor and subcontracted the job out to have my new AC installed. Unfortunately, the air condenser kept freezing up and I have had issues with the unit ever since the original install. His AC guy came out on two occasions but failed to fully fix the problem. He added freon to the system and put a float in the air condenser which temporarily got the unit working again. My AC stopped blowing cold air and the air handler froze up again. When I contacted him via phone, he kept telling me the line just needed to be sucked out and that it was clogged. When I had the line checked out, I was informed it was not clogged. When I asked him to fix the problem he responded by telling me his AC guy was not returning his calls and doesn't want to come back out to fix the job and that I should call him myself. I was forced to hire another company as he failed to honor the one year labor warranty. The AC unit was completely out of freon and there was a leak in the system in the pipe where it was welded by his installer. Additionally, there was numerous other electrical issues that weren't fixed and I was made aware that it probably wouldn't pass code and that permits were not pulled. All this happened within the One year warranty period on labor. . . .
