I am still awaiting a response to this request number #4219. This whole situation and conflicting information is unsatisfactory.

Still no response from you (or product received) regarding my complaint. I have been charged on my Visa card two payments from Roduve Healthcare, 16th July 35.79 and another on the 23rd July for 35.46 for orders for Tav tea. The second order was placed when I was informed by yourselves that the first order had not been received. I intend to make an official complaint against your company and inform my credit card company of this and instruct them to seek repayment and make whatever complaints that they deem are necessary here. I can asure you that I will not let this matter go and will be seeking full redress of the monies that Roduve Healthcare have taken from my account.
