Roduve Healthcare greenteanigeria.com Fake company advertising slimming tea. They take your money but you don't receive anything. Internet

I ordered Tava Tea from Roduve Healthcare back in February 2012 and made payment on my debit card. Website said to allow 30 days for delivery. After more than 40 days, I hadn't yet received anything so I emailed them and got a quick response saying to allow a little longer for shipping.

After 2 more weeks and still not receiving my order, I emailed again and once again got a prompt response apologising and asking whether I wanted my order to be re sent or a full refund. I requested a refund.

I was assured I'd receive my refund within 10 days. After 2 weeks, I sent an email to say my refund had not yet arrived in my account. Again I got a swift reply saying they will chase it up with their refund department and I should chase it up with my bank. Until this point, Roduve appeared to be like a normal professional company with good customer service.

However, after still not being refunded, I have sent numerous emails but have had no more replies. There are no further contact details on their website or on any of the other sites linked to them (as I have listed under alternative company names).

I also found an advert on another company's website and have tried contacting them to ask if they have any further contact details but have not received any responses from them, hence leading me to believe they are also linked to Roduve.

DO NOT BUY FROM RODUVE HEALTHCARE, THEY ARE A BOGUS COMPANY.
