Slim weight patch / Roduve. Tried to return product they would not return money,just gave me the runaround. I talked to the support people they said they did not receive the product i returned. I called at least ten times.
I asked to talk to a supervisor, the next day i got a call from the so called supervisor, he had a different name but the same voice, (it was the same guy) saying that he could not refund the money. The guarantee says 100% no risk Guarantee, Hog wash! They did not honor their guarantee, nor did they care. they are a rippoff. beware!

Yes i am very sure that the company is RODUVE, after I tried to get my money back, Email support stopped working. My calls to roduve ended with your nasty unprofessional reps saying no refund. My order number is #900004937 Please return my money. Three month supply of slimweight patch.W

I'm unsure what you mean, are you sure it was us?
We have never turned off our email support system: support@ always has been the address and works appropriatly.
The only thing we had to stop due tomassive spam was the tel.number on the site. We give numbers out only through email now to avoid this.
If you can issue your order number, we can track down what happened and set this straight.
