My ex husband is living good he brought a new home he has a 2013 car he goes on lavish vacations. He is making a lot of money.

I'm unable to work partly due to years of my ex ABUSE (you didn't want to talk about my abusive ex) I'm renting and behind on rent 2 months. I got assistance December 24, 2012 from the government to help me with the electric bill so the kids and I can have light. This past summer our electric was shut off for 10 days. Well this month I'm still looking for help with the gas bill, food, I could not afford insurance on my vehicles I'm driving a 10 year old van.

Roger R. Compton law office is terrible his clerks are rude and so is he (bully). I never felt I was his client. Every thing was ostracized and not welcomed after he got my money. He NEVER gave me a DIVORCE contract as to the work he was to do RED FLAG, no MONTHLY billing statement nor a billing statement of any kind was issued.

He thought I wasn't going to appear in court the day I fired him he never called me back to find out.
 
I am left feeling not only did he sabotage me and my case I classify his work as a divorce blood bath of discrimination, corruption, intentional legal malpractice all in favor of helping my ex walk. I lost count how many times LET HIM WALK came into play.

MY HEALTH: ROGER COMPTON NOT ONCE ASKED ME HOW IS YOUR HEALTH? I'm 100% disabled permanently, I can't sit nor stand too long. I have server muscle spasms that are chronic the pain is unbearable when my muscle spasims occur the best way to discribe them is as if being CRUSHED between two brick concrete walls I have fallen to the ground or floor countless times EMS HAS BEEN CALLED when I out in public to assist me. I wake up from sleeping spasims occur. I have to pull over or off the road when driving take my medications for relief. I don't know when the muscle spasims may hit. If I move the wrong way or bend down to pick something up I can't sometimes others have to assist me.  

I was in three vehicle accidents.

I had three major surgeries from having my first child born in marriage which let me 30% disabled.
Roger Compton didn't want to address these issues EVER! And I'm pissed off.

My ex would beat me by sitting on me placing his entire body weight on me by first knocking me down then he'd sit on my chest using his legs to pin my arms down as he sat straddled on my chest HITTING ME WITH FIST AND KNUCKLES as if he were a heavy weight champion, ponding my head and face until he got tired and I left like a rag doll. The Army would force me to go see doctors I'd go to work limping or still in pain.  

Another occurance my ex beat me as I squandered on the floor trying to protect my face as he threw blows to my face his fist feeling like bricks as I got up to attempt to get away my ex pushed me through a GLASS window leaving me with glass splendors and cuts in my head, chin, ears and face it took years for all the glass fragments to cut through my skin.

This incident the Army couldn't keep it a secret any more they did give him a article 15 ONLY BECAUSE WITNESSES CALLED THE POLICE a Air Force Major that lived in the apartment told me and the POLICE he thought it was two men fighting he didn't know a man would hit a woman with such force. He beat on me this evening for catching him at a women apartment while we visited my girl friend new apartment YES I woke up asking where he was and my girlfriend told me he was down stairs at another women apartment.   

Roger Compton didn't want to address my ABUSIVE EX HUSBAND EXPLOSIONS in divorce court nor did he care about the years of abuse and other women in MY HOME, IN MY BED and women coming to my home over my husband cursing me out. Women trying to attack me at my home. Women walking into my home as if I'm not there as my husband would GREAT THEM welcoming them.

The military knew all to well about these women tirades. One female did get arrested and plead guilty to assualt.
 
All the above is well documented in my medical records. The mental health doctor told me as a result of YEARS numerous TRAUMATIZING BACK TO BACK OVER LAPPING occurrences too many serious things went on bad before I could heal over one instance something else MAJOR WOULD OCCUR. I was placed on numerous medications for stabilization and closely monitored by VA doctors. The doctors put in writing how bad my health had become.

I can go on and on about what bad things my ex did.
 
Roger Compton SUPPORTS HELPS PROTECTS ABUSE in my marriage, yet he wanted and did throw me my case under the bus. My ex WALKS OFF as if he NEVER had a first family Roger Compton not making him man up to his responsibilities and as a farther I have a major problem with this. I'm not the only parent of our children but my ex has taken care of other people children but can't provide for his own children out of marriage unless the courts tell him.

When I did get a lawyer honest enough to help me with completing the well written CHILD SUPPORT order MY EX FOUGHT THE ORDER  he claim he had very LITTLE money, come to find out he was making now retired. $160,000.00 every 3 to 4 months. While I was waiting on Roger Compton to help me I had filed BANKRUPTCY, and we were getting help from food banks, toys for tots gave me toys so my kids could have a Christmas 3 years I went to these places. 

My son was in braces for 8 years it was so bad for us I'd skip meals to make sure my kids could eat. Things were so bad it boiled down to do I pay for braces or do we eat? I fell into many depressed stages wondering when was Roger Compton going to help us. I asked my ex to help cover my son braces he REFUSED he had started making babies with his now wife.   My son is out of braces now and I'm juggling bills with my daughter in college.

When I fired you was because you didn't want to address fraud in my divorce every thing out of your mouth and what you had in writing for submission to the court to me was "not" my case nor true factual circumstances. If you were a good lawyer you would have been in court explaining to the judge the reasons why my divorce were wrongfully entered by means of fraud and intercepted into NC.

He stole my rights to a fair divorce trial by allowing damaging fraudulent court documents to not be challenged as to my acknowledgements of the presence of these fraudulent documents. When I brought these issues to his attention he repudiate refused to hear my cries for CHANGE.
