Rollabind No Product Delivered & No Refund! Pompano Beach, Florida

Rollabind.com took my order for a $59.99 binder punch and charged my credit card. The confirmation email stated that they were experiencing high volume and the order would be delayed 6-10 days. In fact, the order was never fulfilled!
They do not respond to email, and the customer service line is an answering machine. They do not answer calls during business hours, and so you are forced to leave a message. Then you don't get a call back. I have sent several emails, both as a reply to their confirmation email and from their site's contact form - no answer.
One time, an actual person answered the phone! She said they would refund the money they charged my credit card. That was a month ago - but still no refund. My calls and emails since then have not been answered.
Don't do business with this company! I am not sure they even produce or distribute the products they advertise. Their website is very thin - there is little info, and although they say they distribute Rollabind products in office supply stores like Staples, I cannot find their products in those stores.
