If you browse this website, you will find a large amount of products, do not confuse this with inventory.
After receiving your money, Rollguy will pool your money with other orders untill he has enough to get the merchandise you have paid for.

If the items you have paid for are available you can may receive something in 2 or 3 months, possibly as long as 6 months or more. If like me your items are unavailable you will not receive a refund. After all, it is my fault for ordering something unavailable.

Rollguy AKA Marlo Franson has a "all sales are final" banner on his website. He has repeatedly refused to return my money..

Definition of "SALE": an exchange of goods or services for currency or credit. Rollguy has no goods to sell, he advertises items for sale he does not have.

This is "FRAUD": The conversion and obtaining of money or property by false pretense.
Rollies is much more trouble then they are worth, If you decide to order from them DO NOT SEND CASH or Money Order, you will have no recourse for a refund.

hello

I am sorry this customers has felt being negative towards us is an avenue to choose, and I am not sure why they are so fueled but alas I will try and diffuse any misconstrues. We send out every order and if the order is out of stock or discontinued we wait for the order to arrive or pick a substitute once we realize it is not available and then send it. The products we sell are unique and usually hand made by individuals or companies but with no surprise orders can be not available from our suppliers at the time we place an order. This causes a delay until the next months order from the supplier and a delay in shipping. We deal with many suppliers each week and pack orders every week. Orders do come to a person whether it be 1 week or 8, we do get all orders out, sometimes it can be even longer but still it will arrive.

We hide nothing on our site or who I am, everything is stated on our site on how it works, and each week we go to a supplier and pack up their stuff for next week mail out. We deal with many suppliers, several here locally and one in the Netherlands, 3 in California and one in Quebec. We pack order all the time and yes some people have to wait longer, but we do state on average it can take 2-6 weeks but sometimes longer depending on what you order to when we get it. This is explained on our site, and those who buy from us know this can read this on our shipping terms. We can not rush orders as stated and we are a two man operation and we work every day with customers orders. We state your account online will update when your order will ship out. We are behind in orders and that is because we can not get every order in one week and as new orders come in each week, we are always busy here working. It has been battle for us over the years to catch up to orders and we are working hard on here at Rollies to get orders out. If all goes well we should see our shipping time decrease in time later in the 2009. This means we might have employees helping us pack, answer emails and phone calls and getting them out in a timely fashion. Until then we are gonna grow slowly, some orders are taking longer than we want but we will soon change. Rest assured you will all get you orders. You will know when I update your account that the order is shipped and will arrive soon. For now expect an order within 3-6 weeks but some of you are waiting longer I know that but please just hold on I still have you on file and the order is coming in the new year. We got alot of orders to catch up on and the pile is dwindling that I say in 6 months we maybe only a couple week behind in some orders that are not local.


I do apologize this person has stated as such as nobody wants to make a customer mad but I guess being mean is something they wanted to be I can not stop them, but in the end the customer will get their product no matter we are a good company and ship out orders. We do like it that people to stick with their order when they order, this is a simple request and one that should be followed because we do state why orders take time. How can one grow if we refund orders all the time? We really need people to know if they order it takes time for two people to get it, pack it and send it out. Look at the site it has got more products available then you would imagine, to house all that one would have to have a super huge warehouse with millions of dollars in investment. We are a two man operation and home based. If you think we are able to house every piece of item in multiply's in our house please think realistically. We are not there as a company and we state as such, when you order from us there is a good chance the item is not present in our possession as of yet, smaller items like papers, rollers some scales maybe but most of that selection is at our suppliers. All small companies are like this that is why they are small, it takes time to become a great company. You will see our company grow from two people to more and a warehouse in a few years I hope and then complaints as such won't be seen.

Until then, I thank you all for ordering from us and I do apologize for anyone who has to wait. I will update your account when it ships and I think it is only fair that you allow us to get this to you. Email us nicely and you may get response back sooner than later as right now there is just not enough time for me to answer everyone who contacts us.

So forgive this person comments, he should have been nice and more understanding but that is not the case so I remind you all we are a two man operation, orders take time to get to you and please just be kind, there is no need for this, as you will get your order. Thanks again and if for some reason you really really need a refund we will do so but that is taking money out of our company, and the merchant processor does not like it. It just shouldn't be based off the fact you are waiting on the order for too long, it is something that can happen with us and may or may not be our fault. So just email us back and keep trying.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope you spread cheer and good spirits as this is not the time for unpleasantries. The order will come very soon.
