Rollin Mobile Homes - Rollin America's Best Homes - Rollin 's Transporting ripoff called DOT to stop me from moving, pulled my block and level license, cost me my job Gonzales, Baton Rouge, Denham Springs Louisiana

I use to be an employee of Rollin Mobile Homes, after he let me go is when things started going wrong. Now he is a member of the housing authorities he is a member of the board. He called the transporting office had my permits shut down so I could not pull anymore trailers, till their next meeting. I had my blocking and leveling license, and he pulled it said I couldn't have it no more.

After I paid and renewed it, because of a felony I have that was several years ago,and would not refund my money. But I had my license up in till he became of a member.

Went to a meeting in Oct. of 2003 which is recorded, asked if I could pay for my son in law a block and level license. He said no he had to have a CDL license and the rules do not require that. He yelled at me and so no. He told me I was out of business i couldn't pull no trailers any more till another member asked me to leave the room for a moment and called me back in and said he had no authority over the treansporting of trailers.

And that's when the harrassment, stalking and slauder comes in. I have proof from the police depart. in 2 different cities. I was told he shouldn't be on the board because he owns several mobile home lots and a transporting business. I was told this is a confict of interest. He changes the rules as he sees fit to suit his companies.

Since this has started my business of 12 years has dropped to nothing. I have to work for another company. I'm losing everything I own. My costomers, that are referred to me has to go else, where they are forced to pay higher prices, because they will not give me my license to block and level.

Now he want to add another rule that we can no longer pick and deliver a mobile home without blocking and leveling it and this will shut my company down completely. Banks are wanting to repo our trucks. Since this has started my wife almost died twice in the hospital, which is not their fault but I have no way to pay the bills which is over $100,000.

Now the hospital is calling everyday and is causing my wife to be depressed and upset and not healing like she should because i have very very little business left. Now we have to apply for medical cards and food stamps to feed my family. I would lose my lights and phone if it wasn't for friends helping me out. I have to repay them but how can if do this if he shuts me down.
I have pictures of some of his mobile homes that are blocked illegal and proof that he has been report by other companies. I can't read and write and he knows that. I was I could press charges and sue him for harrassment, slander and miss use of authority.

Please help me before it's too late. I don't want to lose my business that I had for 12 years.

I'm also tried of watching my wife and children suffer over this. If you can't help me, please tell me who can, time is running out.

I was advised to send a report to the board of ethics and the Louisiana Task force for corpution because it involves thousands of dollars and members of the board are from different states.
