Rolling Transmission and Auto Care Erica Martinez Rodriguez - aka - ( Erica M. Baum - registered owner ) - and Alexander Baum - aka - Alex Baum '' FRAUD and DECEPTION OF BUSINESS '' - in Houston and Spring Area ( IM SEEKING '' CLASS ACTION '' - LAWSUIT & PUNITIVE DAMAGES ) to ALL affected Houston, Texas

    I have been a customer of Rolling Transmission for many years under OWNER '' Mr. Vasquez Rolando Jr - A GREAT MAN  - '' BUT I WILL NEVER RETURN under NEW OWNER and manger  - ERICA M. R. BAUM  and  ALEXANDER  BAUM  never again and ( FALSIFYINY YEARS - AT THIS LOCATION over 32 years )  On 8 / 2012  I drove my custom van to listed location it ran fine no problems only one thing wrong I could not  get reverse. Alex co-owner drove it at that time and told me he will rebuild it at the cost of $1,200.00 no taxes added he will wave  ALL TAXES that price was for everything - FULL PRICE - no more and it be ready in three days  He / Alex will work with me on a payment plan as the previous owner '' Mr. Vasquez Rolando Jr.'' did in 2011 -  In house financing at a cost of $300.00 a month until paid off he stated he will do the same. I told Alex I was on a fixed income, he stated don't worry. 

I gave him the keys all was well, at that time but after a week I called him to see if my van was fixed Alex stated he needed to find parts to fix my transmission . A few days / week later he called me and said the price will go up and he will work with me . A Week late I called Alex Baum several time he refused to call me back. The next day I went to the shop employees stated he was not there they will have him call me, he never return my calls. The agreement was $1,200.00  Chris (employee) called me and stated the price went up to $1,880.00 total payment and we cut the taxes. At that point I told him to STOP working on it he Chris stated the tect was putting it back in as we speak.  The next day Alex called me stating my van was fixed and will last forever. I told Alex what our agreement was he told me to come on and get it. When I arrived at the shop with my $300.00 downpayment as we agreed to '' IN HOUSE FINANCING '' He said he can not let me take the van until the full balance was paid by cash or debt credit card etc.     

       Then Alex started telling me thats why '' Mr. Vasquez Rolando Jr '' lost his house . etc .  HE BECAME VERY IRATE JUMPED OUT HIS SEAT USING ABUSIVE LANGUAGE - standing in front of me, I was in fear of my safety at that time I backed up and left the shop. I would have called HOUSTON POLICE DEPT. To file charges on ALEX BAUM - but he had my van in his possession and I was fearing he will vandalize my vehicle. The next day I went back to the shop and ask for the owner he again became Irate stating '' His wife '' ERICA  BAUM '' don't have anything to do with this so leave her out of this then he stated - if you wont to go there - he will charge me storage fees $32.00 per day added to the $1,880.00 ''. etc. etc

 When I went to pick up my van, at Rolling Transmission - Alex Baum drove it from the back of the shop,  left the drivers door open rushing me to leave. At that time I got in and notice someone broke into my van causing damage to my driver's door lock - dash was riped out - items was taken / stole all my gas  3/4 tank. An employee told me my van and several other vehicles was broken into -  etc  I called H.P.D and filed a report - Alex he never did etc.  I attempted to drive off I put my van in gear it jerked I told Alex  ''My transmission was not fixed - etc. nor shifting correctly ''  He stated my transmission worked fine just drive it - I had to go next door to get gas. I took my van back to Alex again, Alex refused to look at it again . He told me to leave and he also stated for me to go to the junk yard and get the parts that was damage from the breakin he will refund my money. I had more than I can take from this So call man.  etc -   '' ERICA BAUM '' -  stated in the letter she sent me stated I had motor problems etc. etc .I did not - I had to have my transmission repaired again by another company, it's fine now. 

 AT THIS POINT - '' I HAVE CONTACTED ADA TO TAKE CHARGES FOR  FRAUD and DECEPTION OF BUSINESS ON THESE  OWNERS  '' CLASS ACTION '' they intentionally and / or knowingly '' DEFRAUDING THE PUBLIC '' IF YOU WAS AFFECTED IN THIS FRAUDLENT AND DECEPTIVE COMPANY CONTACT  '' THE DA OFFICE ''  to file a report - OR contact ME.    THANKS
