.Worst moving company around the Maryland area. As a business owner myself, The owner (Dmitry Levand) was the most unprofessional owner that I have ever had to deal with. They sent 1 and 1/2 men to my house to move 3 bedrooms worth of stuff. I say 1/2 a man, because he couldn't lift over half of my furniture, and I had even removed all the drawers out of all the furniture to make easier. He was a new guy and had no idea how to pickup furniture. The driver told me the owner (Dmitry Levand) underestimates the jobs all the time. They were late because they were sent to the wrong house first. They dropped and damaged my furniture and damaged the house I moved from.

The weak guy hurt his finger early on, so the other guy was left to do all the heavy lifting along with my help. They were angry with each other and taking it out on my furniture. It got so bad that I had to carry my own stuff to keep it from being damaged, and because the one guy couldn't handle the weight. I told them to load what they had on my driveway and leave to the next house before it got worse. I left the rest of my furniture at the house and came back the next day with a friend to move it. On the ship to side, when the owner finally arrived to help his man unload, he said I had only asked to move 11 items.

I told him his inventory was wrong and that I had even asked him to come to my home prior the move so he could see the stuff, but he refused. He then held my stuff on the truck until I was forced to sign damage release forms and pay for more hours then it took to finish the job, before he would take my stuff off the truck. I told Dmitry, why would I sign a release form before my stuff was unloaded, when I already knew there was damage from loading and dropping my stuff. He said at .60 a pound I had no claim. I got no copies of the docs that were signed.

Over three quarters of my furniture never got moving blankets put around them. They told me it was because I didn’t pay for tape. There was no mention of tape needed to pad my stuff. They used my tape and shrink rap anyway and charged me for packing materials. I called him the next day and told him I wanted a refund for the overcharge, and he told me It wasn’t going to happen. Had to be one of, if not the worst experience I have had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and make sure you let everyone you know to put the word out how unprofessional and a total rip off this company is and stay as far away from these guys as possible.
