The company has been around a long time and the attitude is disgusting. they sent arep to the house. he showed samples and made the sale. Afterward they bait and switched the cost of materials and increased the price. the delivery was late and communication was horrible at every turn. You are required to pay up front then wait. no exceptions. After only a couple years into a 10 year warranty, the fabric started fraying and coming apart at the seams. when contacted we werte told that the fabric is warranty but the seams and binding threads were not. WTF is that? the owner started blaming us for his shotty materials and workmanship. The guy is a total a**. $7000 for an awning and when the seams start falling apart, he says too bad. he quoted $3000 for his crew to come retrieve the awning and repair the 4 inch seam seperation. RUN away from this company. they are the worst company in the world. Good product for a while. no support and abusive communications.

Rollup Awnings is a family owned and operated business that has been servicing Long Island for 36 years. We strive to make each and every one of our customer's happy. Our reputation speaks for itself and we encourage you to review our hundreds of positive online reviews around the internet. Unfortunately the facts stated by this customer in this report are nothing but further from the truth. Our quality awning is made to withstand the elements of the outdoor but even the highest quality outdoor products will be damaged if they are neglected.
You cannot leave your awning out in torrential rain and very strong winds and expect it to not be damaged. We only called the customer to offer our services in repairing the awning. Unfortunately this customer did not want to pay for the service. Unless it was almost free he would not be satisfied. We did try on numerous occasions to service his awning. We have over 30,000 satisfied customers on Long Island but unfortunately you cannot please them all. Our reputation and longevity as local, established company speaks for itself. We at Rollup Awnings stand willing and able to repair any damage to this customer's awning system at his convenience.
