I purchased 2x Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit - Instant-Download Licenses @ $79.99 each in November 2016.

Windows 10 recently required that I re-activate Windows on the machines in question. I phoned Microsoft, which informed me that the License Codes supplied by Software Empire were blocked by Microsoft, having been sold to other users previously.

I attempted to contact Software Empire, but their browser chat facility is non-functional:
