Here are a few things I know of Ronald Downey; which is why none of the above information surprises me:

Downey was repeatedly verbally abusive with staff and helpers at the Extreme Health event in LA. This involved yelling at them and calling them names in front of others. Most were working for him
for free.

Has girlfriends across the United States and overseas. When the women object, Downey tells them they have to learn to share him because there are so few spiritual men out there.

Was arrested in Missouri in June 2008 for a domestic incident involving a woman. Case #08-27583.

Travels frequently around the United States (and internationally) on illegally-obtained buddy passes he gets through an undisclosed source at Delta Airlines.

Downey treated Harv Eker from Peak Potentials and repeatedly disclosed personal and private health information about Harv Eker to others.

Downey claimed a trip to South Africa during trip in early 2008 was to help the children. In reality, the visit was primarily to see a girlfriend. A very brief trip to the children was arranged but no treatments or donations were offered.  Downey left right after he arranged for photos to be taken for his own publicity purposes.

Downey presented himself as a doctor to most people. When questioned about his lack of credentials his angry response was, Would they ask Jesus for his credentials?!!

Downey frequently mentioned plans to make a shift toward being a religious authority rather than a doctor or healer. (Could this be to avoid the pesky problem of not being a real doctor?)

Downey recently started something he calls the Christ Ascension Trust. He claims to be involved with charity work and claims to have clinics worldwide.
