In 2005 I loaned a great deal of money to 21st Century Global Corp. I person I spoke to was Ron Kelly. I also spoke to Robert Ellis. I was told and was given documentation that I would receive interest and the note would be paid in full in one year or at any time I demanded payment.
The first interst payment was never made and the note was called. After two years of lies and false promises I turned the collection over to a collection agency. The principle and interest on the note is in excess of $140,000
I am presently trying to locate others who may have loans with these people or companies.

Ronald R. Kelly of 21st Centry Global Corp, 21st Sentry Technologies , Mustang Wireless Group, Kingdom International Metals and God knows how many other; has been indicted . If he is found guilty of defrauding investors out of $4.4 million he could face years behind bars. Kelly, the indictment states, would solicit people to invest money by promising large returns, telling them the firms were successful or about to go public; even though the companies were worthless. To that end, the indictment alleges he would send out phony stock certificates, newsletters and make false statements about the firms and their future.
He will stand trail in Peoria, IL this June or July. The case was set for July before Senior U.S. District Judge Joe B. McDade.
