Phoenix Transportation Services Brocken furniture, broken keepsakes, promises, broken heart Las Vegas Nevada

January of this year we were relocated from Californuiia to Goodyear Arizona using this company,  we were promised a fast delivery, since they "make this run daily"  We were quoted $3,000 for the move.

After they loaded our things we were charges $2,000.00 more and had to pay in cash before they would deliver.  Two weeks after  our new home, no deilivery, we were told our things were in storage and would be delivered next trip to Arizona.

When we finally took delivery, we were charged $700.00 more for "shuttle" services from storage to our home. Some of our furniture was broken or damaged, boxes of dishes and keepsakes were smashed and the contents broken.

Our grandfather clock whiche were were assured would be handled very carefully was scratched, the weights dented and the key to open it was missing, we had to pay to repair the clock get another key and replace the weights.

I could go on and on, but it upsets me to even think about it, I have never experienced anything like this, and I have made several cross county moves.
