This is from an email that Ron Scott sent to me:
Ron is HIV+ but claims he did not get it from unsafe sex. He got it from buying oil based steroids from AIDS patients who get legitimate prescriptions for them, use half the vial, inject some vegetable oil into it to fill the bottle and sell it to unsuspecting people.
Because the steroids are obtained illegally they have a shortage of needles. To keep the vials looking new and to reduce the puncture marks in the rubber stopper just two 2.5ml extractions are done on a 10ml vial with a 3ml syringe. The AIDS patients save sharp needles for injections so they use their contaminated dull USED needles to refill with vegetable oil. The lady at the AIDS clinic explained that the only reason more people don't get HIV infected in this way is because it is difficult to obtain a kit that puts a new aluminum capped seal on the opened vials.

Hey guys, I have heard rumors circulating that I sleep around, a lot, and that I gave Ronald Scott HIV. Now I dont know how this all started, but it has been said that the source of all of this is Ron himself. Let me start off by addressing the first issue. I started hanging out with Ron again off and on while he still lived with Jason, his ex. In April I was introduced to a gentlemen named Kevin Roberts by Ron. At that time the situation was explained to me by Ron that he had been staying with Ron and Jason for 2 months at that point because he was kicked out into the streets by HIS boyfriend. He told me to come over and he opened his drawer which was full of medication, all of which had Kevin Roberts name on it. I freaked out and was very angry at my self but also at Ron, Jason, and Luke for not telling me before I got involved with Kevin. Everyones excuse for not telling me was because Kevin asked Ron, Jason, and Luke not to tell me, he would tell me before we had sex. Well I freaked out Ron went with me in May to AIDS Atlanta to get my test done. I was fine then. I did not sleep with anyone, even when I went to Miami on my birthday in July. I went to Aids Atlanta again 2 months ago on the 10th of this month to get tested again and I was positive. Kevin was the last sexual contact I had. I am currently on a medication called Atripla its a 3 in one pill. I told Ron because when everything went down and he went with me to Aids Atlanta the first time, he had told me he was positive. When I asked him how he got the virus he told me from sharing needles doing steroids. So you know I was not the one that gave Ron the virus.

I took it upon it myself and felt a strong need to clear a few things up in Nelson complaint and back story he uses to prep the complaint.
When I stumbled across this by random chance on the net, what caught my eye first was he name Kevin Roberts.
I guess I should mention that I am the other Kevin...or as referred in the complaints body of text..."HIS Boyfriend, as in the one that "kicked Kevin Roberts to the streets." I assume it was used in the more polite, thoughtful manner it came off across. :) So let me CORRECT and CLEAR some of these things first.
Without going into a long, drawn out story, Kevin R and myself dated for about 4-5 months. He lived with me for 4 of those months due to his current living arrangements at the time being a little shady, unpredictable, and not conducive for a relationship. During this time, I had no contact with Ron nor Neilson, nor anyone else mentioned below....didn't know them didnt care. During the time Kevin was with me, he still maintain a basic friendship with Ron, but it was minimal. I found shortly after we broke up, he was intentionally pit me against Ron's group and V/Versa with all intent for us not to any friendship or really even contact. I deduce this was because they knew he was HIV+ and I did not. I even paid for kevin to get a complete CBC scan and STD test about one week after we started dating....to my doctor. He brought back paperwork showing me the reads...and I lent my trust and believe in him and the report was accurate. The only thing was I do remember not seeing a data entry reading for HIV. I just didnt think of it...but later found after we broke up, a unsigned consent form in one of this box of things.
I had a chance after the break up to meet and talk a little with Nealson...who had got my number from Kevin R. phone I assume. He had called me for some idol chat, which really turned and felt out to be a weird "get to know you".
Nelson had then called me a few weeks later frantically and asked me if Kevin R is HIV +. And I told him no he wasnt....from all indication i have seen. He was scared to death and said Ron and others were saying he was. And I shrugged it off. Thought it was some stupid game. But at the same time I was getting a little nervous and sick to my stomach, so I called Kevin r myself and asked him and he said No No...they are just being assholes...so I let it go.
Nelson came over one more time and was still asking this and asking that...and that he saw the medication at Rons...and I continued to say no..I dont think he is. I took him the the doctor...yadda yadda. I stopped him and asked him...did you F*ck Kevin. He said Yes. "Did you F*ck unprotected"..he said "yes". "Did you ask him if he was HIV+", he said "no..um...i may have....but i dont remember". And right after that I wanted to say well dude..your the dumbass that got yourself in this mess if you are in one. He was looking for sympathy, he got none from me.
I later confronted Kevin about this, which he was embarrassed to speak to me about being so fresh out of our relationship...and he collaborated the story. And aat that point, Kevin was in hysterics because of Nelson telling everyone what went down and Ron washing his hands from the situation.
The next day, I acquired a copy of Kevin's R medical records and sat there stunned sick and mad. Confronted Kevin for the last time and asked him...and he again said No Im not...at least i dont think I am. So I lt him in on what i found...the rest of this storyline is irrelevant.
Oh and Nelson, you were the one that pushed the no condom thing with Kevin...you wanted to do it your way bare. Which I would put a lot of money down that wasnt your first time by n means having unprotected sex. HIV can have various incubation periods before detection is found using some of the standard test. Unless you can prove that you did not have any BB sex prior to Kevin for 6 months...maybe a year....dont pin it all on him. And by no way pin the blame or guilt...that's your buddy...owned all by you.
Ok...a few more rebuttals, this particular one to fend myself. i never threw Kevin out of the street. The day i did make him leave my house(while he still lived there) was after he was into a psychotic rage of some sort and things got physical. I told him he needed to get out and at the very least stay that night with Ron. I dont have violence in my house. But this is also after the fact that we decided it was best that he got a place of his own....to try to save a dying relationship...which he had managed to do and was scheduled to move in the following month.
Getting to Ron....I still do not know Ron at all. I finally meet him out one night a few months all this went down and hashed some things out. We both realized Kevin was saying stuff behind each others back to the other person to insight a distane for one another. Ron himself was very surprised and mad when he found out kevin did not disclose his status to him....after living with me for 5 months. We talked..opened the air...and let bygones be bygones.
This ridiculous s#hit going on spelled out in Nelson's email below is d**n childish and out of a movie like "Mean Girls." Firstly..Ron has been HIV positive for quite a bit of time to my knowledge and mutual friends...so if i think i understand...someone rig a note "from Nelson" pinning him as the source of Ron contraction???? Either way...who d**n cares. It meant that both of you was stupid and careless enough to f*ck WITHOUT A CONDOM! you enter a social contract if both of you agree to not US A CONDOM. And Nelson..you hung out and slept around with that crowd...so what did you expect! you knew have the stuff you ranted on below when you were friends with RON. Why now feel the need to attempt to trash him and spread his business...when it really has no relevance to you or other...even though that may possible do business with him. If an employer or client wants to find some information out...they'll go and do so.
What you did was irrational, childish...confusing...and really with no teeth or purpose. Does he own you any money? did you do any business (legal) transactions with him. I don't see any mention below....so back the hell off and simmer man.
I still don't see the reason why you wrote this? Was it revenge for some stupid high school email that was written about you...or do you feel the need to blame somebody for your ...lack of better words...careless, w***e like behavior. Give that one up man...And I would ask yourself to think about the guys that you yourself probably put at risk or got sick.
Sorry man...that i had to come into this..but I was written into it and it needed to have facts and clarities added.

Getting to Ron....I still do not know Ron at all. I finally meet him out one night a few months all this went down and hashed some things out. We both relaized Kevin was saying stuff behind each others back to the other person to insight a distane for one another. Ron himself was very surprised and mad when he found out kevin did not disclouse his status to him....after living with me for 5 months. We talked..opened the air...and let bygones be bygones.
This ridiculous s#hit going on spelled out in Nelson's email below is d**n childish and out of a movie like "Mean Girls." Firstly..Ron has been HIV positive for quite a bit of time to my knowledge and mutal friends...so if i think i understand...someone rig a note "from Nelson" pinning him as the sourse of Ron contraction???? Either way...who d**n cares. It meant that both of you was stupid and careless enough to f*ck WITHOUT A CONDOM! you enter a social contract if both ofyou agree to not US A CONDOM. And Nelson..you hung out and slept around with that crowd...so what did you expect! you knew have the stuff you ranted on below when you were friends with RON. Why now feel the need to attempt to trash him and spread his business...when it really has no relevance to you or other...even though that may possible do business with him. If an employer or client wants to find some information out...they'll go and do so.
What you did was irrational, childish...confusing...and really with no teeth or purpose. Does he own you any money? did you do any business (legal) transactions with him. I dont see any mention below....so back the hell off and simmer man.
I still dont see the reason why you wrote this? Was it revenge for some stupid high schol email that was written about you...or do you feel the need to blame somebody for your ...lack of better words...careless, w***e like behavior. Give that one up man...And I would ask yourself to think about the guys that you yourself probably put at risk or got sick.
