This person purchased a camera package from me on ebay. After I left positive feedback, they requested a refund. I have never had to accept a return before and was not completely clear on the process. I accidently issued a full refund. I then purchased a pre paid shipping label and sent it to the buyer to send back the camera and accessories. I have not heard from the buyer. I filed a complaint with ebay. I sent the buyer multiple emails with no response. I have tried calling his number and nobody ever answers.
