ronnie deutsch i callled looking for tax assistance, was told it wasnt worth their while north highlands, California

I called Ronnie Deutsch for assistance with the IRS.  I told them the amount was under $4000.00.  I was then informed that it wasnt worth their while to help.  Later that afternoon,I get a second call, the same as the first.  they want to know what they can do. When i explained to the guy about the earlier call,  his reply was "you need to lose your attitude", then he hung up on me.  I called back to another nukmber, the guy answering the phones could have cared less.  So, i called back again, this time I got no answer.  I went right to an answering machine.  How can people like this continue to operate a business?  Poor customer service is not the way to succeed.
