Went into a written contract with Shannon Conner owner of Roof Co on 10-22-14. He cashed the check we gave him on the same day. As of today 11-11-15 he has not fixed our roof. He has provided several excuses why he could not fix the roof. We begged him to give us our money back or to fo the roof but he never fixed it.
We got a lawyer in March 2015 snd sent him a certified letter. He still did not fix our roof.I took a police report out on him in June 2015 and he still did not fix our roof. Finally we took him to court in September 2015 and won our judgment. He failed to come to court and has not paid us our judgment.
He is not licensed to be a contractor by the State of Georgia. I have not been able to find any information about his companies on the internet. He would not provide us a business address or business phone number for his company. He has taken almost 9,000 from us. He is a con artist that never planned on fixing our roof. I am trying to find ways to get our money back and get our roof fixed.
