Roof Seal LLC has been placed in collections case # 528.508 with my Firm, Asset Collections Inc. Portland, OR
This guy Clayton Smith, owner of Roof Seal, has lied about every promise he has made to pay off this debt. He is ripping off my client for over $6694.00, and has refused to respond. There are NO disputes or issues, just simple NO PAY. I warn other companies of this debtor, and I am forming a creditors committee to take over all his assets. If you are owed money too, contact ray@aci-collect.com or call me at 888*279*8601 for adll info on this claim. I would like to report back that he has paid this off, so if roof seal does pay this debt, I'll adjust the report accordingly.

Unbelievable how many people this man has scammed - with taking a deposit and performing zero work in the Ohio area alone I have now heard Flordia. He has many business names including but not limited to Dirty Dirty Roofing , Athens Industrial Roofing - Diamond Seal , Proof Seal. Caution and warning to all of those out there - do research before you hand over a deposit of any type.
