Room Store False Advertisement, Furniture Is Junk Show room furniture is made differently than what is delivered to you. no customer satisfaction. It has been 1 and half years and I still have junk from them. Techs that come to fix furniture say what a rip off they are. Bel Air Maryland

I purchased a bedroom set for my child for Christmas Dec. 20, 2005. I had to send back 2 of the pcs. immediately, because they came to me damaged, so I didn't have the entire set for her at Christmas. I have had many 3,4,5?(I'm not even sure how many at this point)chested drawers come to my house for replacement only to return them because something was wrong with them ie. bubbles in paint, drawers not lined up correctly, scratches on outside.

I have talked with customer service AT LEAST 30 times to get a decent chested drawers. I have had 5 or 6 technicians come out to fix the chested drawers. The techs order parts to fix it, but parts never come in. My daughter has 1 good drawer on her chested drawers, the other 4 are all broken. We can't even slide them in any more they are sitting on her floor.

I have been dealing with them for a year and a half now and I still have not gotten any satisfaction at all. I went to the store and looked at the floor model and found that it is made differently then what they are sending me. Of course their's is much sturdier. They have 10 extra pcs. of wood that is missing from every set I've received.

They refuse to give me my money back so I can get her something somewhere else, even though their WARRANTY states that they will give money back if they can not come up with a satisfactory replacement. I will never buy anything from them again. I feel I need to warn everyone about their deceitful way of doing business.
