Roommate express made an authorized charge on my credit card account. I notified them of the charge and they said they can't do anything about it. that I should take it up with my credit card company. I want my money back it is only $49.95 but it is alot for me right now. And when I call there they are very rude to me. I have file a report with the Better Business Bureau, and the FTC, and posted on Craig's list.
