I have had really bad experience too with Rooms Furniture - Brampton / Mississauga location. I paid in full for new furniture set and received floor model.

My issue is currently pending with consumer protection. Even though Rooms guys are not supportive at all and not sure if it will sort out. I would highly suggest to file complaint in consumer protection if you have serious issue.
I see 70 complaints on BBB as well as few here on ripoff.. and some of the issues I read are of very serious nature. Why dont we get together and file a class action lawsuit. Let's share.
