Rooms To Go NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - BAD PRODUCT Mandeville, Louisiana

Received damaged furniture and very bad or rather NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The sales person told me the sectional connected together and when I got it home it did not and the quailty of the product is So BAD I can\'t express with clean words. I called customer service which does not exisit at ROOMS-TO-GO! I spent at least 3 full days on the phone with the run around of you need to talk to this person who is not here and then they would never be there to talk to. It is like some script they must go thru to NOT help the customer and hope they go away!!! This company MUST AND WILL BE STOPPED
Damage Resulting = I called the store and the 800 number with no help... None... MY ADVISE TO EVERYONE. SUE SUE SUE AND PUT ROOMS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!  CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND COMPLAIN. Together we can get rid of LOW LIFE Businesses like them
